Milan, February 21, 2023 - The term ‘disaggregated chemistry’ has been conceived and developed in the laboratories of the Italian company Nuncas, with a turnover of 30 million and approximately 80 employees, and contained in the first subscription domestic washing system Washpass of the Chinese giant Haier ( which also owns the Candy and Hoover brands) conceived and developed together with Nuncas, a historic Italian brand that has been active for over 100 years in the house care and hygiene products sector. The innovative product which is being marketed today is in short a service which, for a monthly subscription, allows you to obtain a professional washing ecosystem at home, including specific and ad hoc developed detergents. In fact, in addition to the innovative ownership formula, it is characterized by the technological and chemical content that includes: programs, functions, type of washing in relation to the type of load but also maintenance, software updates and much more are based on IoT technology and governed by the artificial intelligence (AI).

The detergents, unique on the market, have instead been developed ad hoc in the Settimo Milanese laboratories where Nuncas is based, thus inaugurating the concept of ‘disaggregated chemistry’ on the global market “which is a new way of looking at the formulation of a detergent – explains Luca Manzoni. CEO of Nuncas – That is, disaggregating the chemistry of detergents by grouping all the raw materials into mixtures that are recombined by artificial intelligence directly in the washing machine in relation to the wash load and without adding unnecessary ingredients”. In fact, the detergent is no longer in the classic bottle, but in four dispensers, each containing so-called active ingredients. “The separation of the raw materials – continues Luca Manzoni – also makes it possible to avoid incompatibilities and increases their effectiveness. With the double advantage of saving on the use of detergent, AI will in fact determine the right combination of ingredients to be dispensed for that specific wash, and washing results improved by up to 70%*”
